Deep Sea Pop Star is an innovative experimental live performance system that allows users to embody an alter ego, generating a live sound and visual landscape through the motion of their hands.
The system integrates a wireless Arduino glove for sound control, a TouchDesigner and Ableton-driven audio-reactive visual experience, and a practical costume. The visual footages inside Toucdesigner are generated by AI, trained on 1000 pictures of men’s faces from public database inside Runway ML.
